Break out the champagne! Matthew Ashford (Jack Deveraux, Days of Our Lives) has finally been asked back to the soap opera. With Jack's wife and daughter already firmly ensconced in Salem, it is high time that he comes back on the canvas. Dare I hope that this will be the beginning of a turnaround for DAYS; and that this is the first step out of pulling them out of the bottom of the ratings? Um, not that optimistic...but this is certainly a step in the right direction.

Woohoo! My favorite actor/character from "Days" is back---it's about time. Here's hoping we get the Jack of pre'91 before Langan and JER got their hands on him. But Matthew Ashford is great as Jack always.
