More about Heather: Heather DiPietro is a student at the University of Arizona earning a BA in Film & Television Studies with a minor in Creative Writing. While she enjoys filmmaking and writing, her passion lies with journalism. As the multimedia editor at the Arizona Daily Wildcat, she is changing student video and photo journalism by re-branding the name of multimedia and creating original news programs. Outside of school and work, Heather adores the genre of soap operas. She's been watching General Hospital for over a decade with her mom and can't imagine a day that she doesn't call her mom and talk about the gossip in Port Charles. Her love for soaps inspired her to work on the upcoming film "Soap Life - A Documentary on Daytime Drama" that focuses on the future of daytime drama and American Television. She is also in the process of producing and writing her first web series called "My Story" about a series of soap opera fans who realize their lives are just as soapy as the daytime drama they watch. Heather currently resides in Tucson, Arizona, but hopes to leave the rattlesnakes and the heat for Los Angeles in sunny California.
